I’m with you.

The public response to this economic environment is very telling. PLUS, Dan Arnold’s conclusions using the US Census Bureau data in his book “The Great Bust Ahead”, create an unprecedented overlay of catastrophe ahead.

Personally, I began warning my clients against large Real Estate debt & new projects in 2005, but only a handful really took the advice to heart. That handful is thankful they did. Most rode the “Glory Train” over the edge.

However, as I often say, “Change creates opportunity, for those who embrace it, and rolls-over those who don’t!”

Thanks Dennis – for your insights. Been subscribed to the SNH every since you began. Worth every penny and much more.

If passed this should be good news for the US AND UK economies. Since the two are so inextricably linked, I would definitely be voting FOR this and not against it. When will we hear of a decision?
